HSK คืออะไร

HSK หรือ Hanyu Shuiping Kaosh คือ แบบทดสอบวัดความสามารถทางด้านภาษาจีนสำหรับผู้ที่ไม่ได้ใช้ภาษาจีนเป็นภาษาหลัก จัดสอบโดยสำนักงานดูแลการสอนภาษาจีนเป็นภาษาที่สองของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ ประเทศสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน การสอบ HSK มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักๆ เพื่อใช้สำหรับการศึกษาต่อเป็นหลัก ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการศึกษาต่อแบบปกติหรือเป็นการขอทุนการศึกษา รวมไปถึงการได้รับข้อยกเว้นการเรียนวิชาภาษาจีนในระดับเทียบเท่ากับการสอบผ่านได้ และยังใช้เป็นใบรับรองแสดงความสามารถทางภาษาจีนเวลาที่เราสมัครงานได้ด้วยค่ะ ซึ่งแต่ละวัตถุประสงค์การใช้คะแนนนั้นต่างก็ถูกกำหนดในเกณฑ์ที่ต่างกันออกไปค่ะ

 

HSK สอบอะไรบ้าง

HSK มีทั้งหมด 6 ระดับ ซึ่งแต่ละระดับนั้นต่างมีลักษณะการออกข้อสอบที่แตกต่างกันออกไป ดังนี้

ระดับ I : ข้อสอบประกอบไปด้วยทักษะการฟัง 20 ข้อ และทักษะการอ่าน 20 ข้อ ให้เวลาทำข้อสอบ 40 นาที ความสามารถในระดับนี้คือ การเข้าใจประโยคและคำศัพท์ภาษาจีนง่ายๆ รู้และเข้าใจคำศัพท์ให้ได้ซักประมาณ 150 คำค่ะ

ระดับ II : ข้อสอบประกอบไปด้วยทักษะการฟัง 35 ข้อ และทักษะการอ่าน 25 ข้อ ให้เวลาทำข้อสอบประมาณ 55 นาที ความสามารถในระดับนี้คือ การใช้ภาษาจีนเป็นประโยคง่ายๆได้ สามารถสื่อสารเรื่องราวต่างๆ ในชีวิตประจำวันได้ รู้และเข้าใจคำศัพท์ประมาณ 300 คำ

ระดับ III : ข้อสอบประกอบไปด้วยทักษะการฟัง 40 ข้อ ทักษะการอ่าน 30 ข้อ และการเขียน 10 ข้อ ให้เวลาทำข้อสอบประมาณ 1 ชั่วโมง 30 นาที ความสามารถในระดับนี้คือ การใช้ภาษาจีนสื่อสารในชีวิตประจำวัน การเรียน การทำงานได้ รู้และเข้าใจคำศัพท์ประมาณ 600 คำ

ระดับ IV : ข้อสอบประกอบไปด้วยทักษะการฟัง 45 ข้อ ทักษะการอ่าน 40 ข้อ และการเขียน 15 ข้อ ให้เวลาทำข้อสอบประมาณ 1 ชั่วโมง 30 นาที ความสามารถในระดับนี้คือ สามารถใช้ภาษาจีนสื่อสารในหัวข้อที่ซับซ้อนมากยิ่งขึ้น และสามารถสื่อสารกับเจ้าของภาษาได้อย่างถูกต้อง รู้และเข้าใจคำศัพท์ประมาณ 1,200 คำ

ระดับ V : ข้อสอบประกอบไปด้วยทักษะการฟัง 45 ข้อ ทักษะการอ่าน 45 ข้อ และการเขียน 10 ข้อ ให้เวลาทำข้อสอบประมาณ 2 ชั่วโมง 5 นาที ความสามารถในระดับนี้คือ สามารถใช้ภาษาจีนในการอภิปราย แสดงความคิดเห็น วิจารณ์ ในหัวข้อเฉพาะทางหรือเป็นนามธรรม นอกจากนี้ยังสามารถสนทนาภาษาจีนกับเจ้าของภาษาได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว พร้อมกับรู้และเข้าใจคำศัพท์ประมาณ 2,500 คำ

ระดับ VI : ข้อสอบประกอบไปด้วยทักษะการฟังเข้าใจ 50 ข้อ ทักษะการอ่านเข้าใจ 50 ข้อ และการเขียน 1 ข้อ ให้เวลาทำข้อสอบประมาณ 2 ชั่วโมง 20 นาที ความสามารถในระดับนี้คือ สามารถใช้ภาษาจีนได้อย่างเป็นธรรมชาติไม่ต่างกับเจ้าของภาษา มีการรู้และเข้าใจคำศัพท์จำนวน 5,000 คำขึ้นไป

ข้อสอบระดับ I-II มีคะแนนเต็ม 200 คะแนน คะแนนที่ถือว่าผ่าน คือ 120 คะแนน ส่วนระดับ III – VI คะแนนเต็ม 300 คะแนน คะแนนที่ถือว่าผ่าน คือ 180 คะแนน ความซับซ่้อนจะเพิ่มขึ้นเรื่อยๆตามลำดับค่ะ

นอกจากนี้ยังมีการสอบพูดอีกด้วยซึ่งจะอยู่คนละส่วนกับการสอบข้อเขียน โดยแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ระดับ ได้แก่ระดับต้น ระดับกลาง และระดับสูง

 

การสอบ HSK แต่ละระดับ บอกระดับการใช้ภาษาอย่างไรบ้าง

– สอบผ่าน HSK ระดับ 1 หมายถึง มีความเข้าใจและสามารถใช้คำศัพท์และประโยคง่ายๆได้ในเบื้องต้น พร้อมกับมีพื้นฐานในการเรียนภาษาจีนในระดับต่อไป

– สอบผ่าน HSK ระดับ 2 หมายถึง มีความรู้ภาษาจีนระดับต้นดีเยี่ยม สามารถในการใช้ภาษาจีนอย่างง่ายๆในการติดต่อสื่อสารในชีวิตประจำวันได้

– สอบผ่าน HSK ระดับ 3 หมายถึง มีความสามารถในการใช้ภาษาจีนติดต่อสื่อสารในชีวิตประจำวัน การเรียน หรือในด้านการทำงานขั้นพื้นฐาน และสามารถใช้ในการเดินทางท่องเที่ยวในประเทศจีนได้

– สอบผ่าน HSK ระดับ 4 หมายถึง มีความสามารถในการใช้ภาษาจีนสื่อสารได้ในวงกว้าง และสามารถใช้ภาษาจีนสื่อสารกับเจ้าของภาษาได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว

– สอบผ่าน HSK ระดับ 5 หมายถึง มีความสามารถในการอ่านนิตยสารภาษาจีน รับชมและเข้าใจรายการโทรทัศน์ของจีน และสามารถใช้ภาษาจีนในการพูดสุนทรพจน์ได้

– สอบผ่าน HSK ระดับ 6 หมายถึง มีความสามารถในการฟังและอ่านข่าวสารภาษาจีนได้เป็นอย่างดี สามารถใช้ภาษาพูดและภาษาเขียนในการแสดงความคิดเห็นของตนได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว

HSK Speaking Test หรือ HSKK คือ การสอบ HSK ในพาร์ทการพูด โดยแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ระดับ ได้แก่ระดับต้น ระดับกลาง และระดับสูง ดังนี้

What does HSK level mean ?
HSK level is an international standardized exam that tests and rates Chinese language proficiency. It assesses non-native Chinese speakers’ abilities such as foreign students and aboard Chinese in using Chinese language in their daily academic and professional lives. Therefore, HSK level just like TOEFL and IELTS, the HSK is a worldwide standard examination and grading system for assessing proficiency in Mandarin language.

What is a good HSK score ?
It is common to refer to a standard level of HSK proficiency by using the HSK level score. For example, a job description might request foreign applicants with “HSK5 or better.” In addition, Level 4 which has basic (mid) competence in Chinese can gain the certificate of HSK Elementary Grade B, and you can apply to some university in China.

What is HSK used for?
Obtaining an HSK certificate certainly has its advantages.
First of all, it certifies the possession of Chinese language skills when applying for a job in China, in fact, more and more companies have started to request a Chinese proficiency certificate when they hire foreign employees, some companies even state as a requirement in the job description.
Second, if you are a student and would like to enter Chinese university, it fulfills admission requirements when applying to different types of schools at various levels in China.
Third, it’s also an advantage to hold an HSK certificate when applying for a work visa in China.

What level HSK should I take ?
It depends on what you need. HSK is China’s standardized test to test foreigners’ Chinese language proficiency. It’s classified into 6 levels, which level 1 is the lowest, and level 6 is the highest. So, obtaining a Chinese proficiency certificate certainly has its advantages.
However, whoever pass the HSK(level4) can speak Chinese on a wide range of topics and be able to communicate fluently with native Chinese speakers.This score is very for student who wants to get into the university.
Test HSK (Level 5) can read Chinese newspapers and magazines, enjoy Chinese films and plays, and give a full-length speech in Chinese. HSK (Level 6) can easily comprehend written and spoken information in Chinese and can effectively express themselves in Chinese. Both of highly level can use for applying a job in China.

How long does HSK last ?
HSK is valid for two years. So, if you have HSK4 to HSK5 score ,you can add to your resume for applying job and applying for a course in university in China.
However, primary HSK can also attach on your profile.

How many characters do you need to be fluent in Chinese ?
I think you can be fluent in English even if you don’t know all the English vocabulary Chinese is no different in this feeling. So, I think you need to know 1,500 to 2,000 characters to be legally recognized as fluent. Those 1,500 to 2,000 characters represent a basic education level that can help you communicate in day-to-day life.

How long does it take to learn HSK 1 ?
In my opinion, base on each person competency in remembering HSK1 vocabulary, there are 150 words. However, HSK 1 is the entry level test and one can pass after a month of serious study.

How do you study HSK 1 ?
It is more difficult when you start learning Chinese as each new level requires knowing twice as many words before, but in HSK1 level is very simply to know 150 words. So, I think you will spend most of your time on learning the vocabulary and characters.

What is the pass score for HSK 4 ?
HSK 4 is divided into 3 sections: reading, listening and writing. Once again, each section will be equally split. The total is 100 questions and it lasts 105 minutes. Before you planned for Chinese testing, you should recognize that time management is crucial in this step. If you are not well – prepared, you may not be able to finish each section and not take advantage of your linguistic improvement since level 3. Therefore, If you would like to pass HSK4 test, you need to prepare the vocabulary in the part of HSK3 as well.

What is the passing score for HSK ?

What HSK level is fluent ?
For me I think HSK level 4 is considered fluency but Level 6 is when you can effectively express yourself in spoken or written Chinese. Just remember that fluently speaking those characters and words doesn’t completely depend on knowing how to read or write them.

How hard is HSK 5?
The Level 5 HSK exam includes writing, reading, and listening sections. Pinyin does not accompany the characters in the test. Students may take the test online or they may opt for the handwritten version. Prior to beginning to study for this exam, you should understand the rules and test format of the Level 5 HSK exam; these are described in the next paragraph.
Test takers who can pass the HSK (Level V) can read Chinese newspapers and magazines, enjoy Chinese films and plays, and may experience some difficulty in delivering a lengthy Chinese speech. Test takers can talk with native speakers in Chinese fluently and somewhat effectively, will acquire 2500 Chinese characters and master HSK Level 5 related grammar.
Therefore, I think the hard skill is reading part because the reading speed as is important in whether you pass the exam or not. If you don’t have enough time, you won’t be able to do your best. In the reading part, there are 45 questions and you will only have 40 minutes to complete them.

How do you study for HSK 5 ?
The test preparation for the HSK Test at every level is almost the same. However, Reading Tips below are for HSK5.
Vocabulary is essential to any language exam so it is maybe the most important thing to study and understand. There are 2500 words for HSK 5 that you should remember.
Preparing for your exam with your teacher by focusing on the exercises that use the vocabulary from the list. For example, write a small text, create complex sentences, describe a picture, fill in the blank etc. If you don’t have a teacher to practice, try asking a Chinese friend to help you correct your practiced exercises.
In the HSK exam there are also questions which you have to construct sentences from multiple choices, and this is why grammar is essential. So, Grammar is important when learning a language as it implies fluency and proficiency when speaking or writing the language.
I think that you should not only plan day by day study, but you should also plan your study in set. For example, the first two weeks would be for learning the vocabulary, third week for the listening part, fourth week for the reading part, fifth week for the writing part etc.

How do you study for HSK 3 ?
In the Level 3 HSK exam, there are reading, writing, and listening. It does not have every Pinyin character. Students may take the online or handwritten test, depending on their preference. Before getting ready for the Level 3 HSK exam, you need to know the rules and test format.
Students who pass the test can use Chinese in their daily professional and academic lives. They can communicate about many matters in Chinese while travelling in China and have memorized 600 Chinese characters in addition to understanding the grammar in the Level 3 HSK exam.

Does HSK 3 have pinyin?

Complete the 2019 HSK Test Registration Form. You can download the REGISTRATION FORM, or request a copy through email: rcai@emory.edu.
